Real Estate Project Manager vacancy for a globally operating Baden based company in the energy sector.

Your tasks:

• Managing Real Estate projects through the complete project life cycle including cost effective and timely delivery
• Providing solutions for various aspects of building engineering starting from due diligence of land to realization of approved investments to leverage business aspirations
• Identifying and defining the scope of potential projects including risk assessments, cost estimates and timeline estimates
• Collaborating with stakeholders, finance and HR as well as with the local management to develop annual CAPEX plans and budget
• Ensuring all contracts and documentation relating to the Real Estate portfolio are compliant while also keeping the portfolio data updated due to with tools like Archibus or SAP
• Implementing the branding guidelines in the facilities due to a given framework

Your experience/knowledge:

• Several years of experience working in a relevant area with strong project management expertise
• Familiarity with managing facilities and operations with stakeholder involvement along with knowhow in creating reports
• Well-versed with tools for data monitoring like Archibus and SAP
• Degree in a relevant field like Civil Engineering, Administration or Architecture
• Language skills: English and German – fluent; knowledge in Spanish or Italian is a plus
