Authentifield Project Manager vacancy for our Basel based client in the Pharma sector.

The Authentifield Project Manager ensures the continuity, sustainability, and operational readiness of the solution, while driving strategic engagements and governance frameworks.

Your tasks:

• Coordinate collaboration between the Business Community, Communications teams, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
• Provide oversight of front-end operations, including compliance tracking and country certifications.
• Ensure governance excellence by serving as Secretary to the Steering Committee and preparing impactful updates for stakeholders.
• Support annual updates to Authentifield training materials to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Act as an ambassador internally and externally, promoting the Authentifield programme.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into workflows.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business analytics and/or product security within pharmaceutical environment, IT, or related fields.
• Proven familiarity and knowledge of falsified medicines issues, particularly in global settings.
• Experience supporting integration of digital solutions into existing workflows and acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
• Passionate and enthusiastic individual with outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to simultaneously coordinate several projects involving a multitude of internal and external stakeholders.
• Full English business proficiency, French is a plus. Additional languages will be considered
