Administrative assistant vacancy for our Sofia office.

Your tasks:

  • Formatting CVs according to various templates and client requirements
  • Maintaining, updating, and periodically cleaning the database
  • Entering and structuring candidate data in the internal system, including categorization according to skills and competencies

     
Your experience/knowledge:

  • Excellent command of MS Office tools
  • Strong comprehension skills with attention to detail
  • A high degree of self-organisation and time management
  • Language skills: English – fluent, German would be an advantage

Your soft skills:

  • Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
  • A high degree of self-organisation and time management
  • Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
