Business Analyst-Compliance or Risk Management – Trading vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Conduct interviews and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for compliance solutions
• Create detailed functional requirements documentation outlining how solutions meet business needs
• Evaluate different solutions and technologies to determine which best meets organisational needs
• Plan data integration from existing core banking and order entry/trading systems
• Design, develop and test reports and dashboards that meet business and regulatory requirements
• Develop change management plans to minimise disruptions during implementation
• Develop test cases to validate that the solution meets the business requirements and works as
  expected
• Collaborate with end-users to perform UAT and identify any defects or issues.

Your experience/knowledge:

• At least 7 years of experience in project delivery in a compliance or regulatory environment
• Strong Banking experience with focus on Compliance or Risk Management
• Proficient Business Analysis skills and experience in Business Process Modelling
• Knowledge in Personal Account Trading and Employee Compliance related topics
• Language skills: English fluent,German nice to have
