IT Service & Support Engineer vacancy for Switzerland-based company in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.

Your tasks:

• As a part of IT service team you will actively participate in providing IT Support services across our globally operating office.
• You will provide teams support for home workers
• Provice loan equipment service
• Participate in stock management and repairs
• Take active participation in newjoiner onboarding

Your experience/knowledge:

• Broad customer focus with a passion and drive for customer satisfaction and delivering business values
• Certificate ICT Supporter or similar
• Experience in application and network support, incident management, and IT asset management
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Mobile operating systems, along with M365 suite, Identity Management, and meeting/conference solutions
• Ability to work independently and responsibly, showcasing a strong work ethic
• Collaborative team spirit
• Proficiency in English and German with excellent communication skills
