IT Logistics Manager – this is a long term contract for our Zürich based client in the Financial Services sector. 

Your tasks:

• Plan and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities across departments and external partners.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with planning teams to align stock availability and optimise replenishment cycles.
• Ensure logistics activities comply with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify inefficiencies in logistics processes and propose solutions for optimisation.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in logistics management or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and analyse stock turnover.
• Excellent communication skills for effective vendor and stakeholder management.
• Language skills: English

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
