Your tasks:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Manage and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner
• Document and maintain support procedures and knowledge base
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure efficient service delivery

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in IT support or service desk roles
• Good experience with Windows 11
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
• Language skills: English
